To make it easier for our customers we have listed a few common questions.
Q. 1) When would I receive my order?
We normally dispatch products between 24-72 hrs and it normally takes five to seven days after dispatch to be delivered depending upon your location, In case of any unusual event, our support team would update you with all details.
Q) Why am I asked for a Partial Payment even for Cash-on-delivery orders?
We normally process Cash-on-delivery orders as is but in some cases (Heavier shipments & Interior locations) we have to take a small amount as a booking charge from our customers to minimise risk on our part. That value is deducted from the final total collectable amount & the entire information shall be provided by our customer support team before the dispatch.
Q) I am getting products at a lower price in other places.
We strive for excellence & pricing is a very sensitive area for us. Please write to us with details on info@oem-india.com. Our support team will find the best offer for us.
Q) I am not able to find the right product on the website.
